Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for several of the team's clients.
- Drive client financial planning strategies and portfolio management with a comprehensive approach including investments, cash flow, taxes, estates, risk management, and benefit plans.
- Review a client’s current investments and objectives and provide a custom portfolio within the firm’s guidelines.
- Opportunity to specialize in a technical area including but not limited to:
- Investments: Participate on the firm’s investment committee and cover a segment of the investment universe.
- Financial Planning: Option to specialize in one area of financial planning, serving as the firm's internal subject matter expert.
- Business Development: Collaborate across departments to implement business strategies.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in Wealth Management with a proven ability to manage client relationships
- CFP® or CFA designation, or having passed the exam for the designation, is preferred
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Of the highest integrity
- Maintain a “client-first” mentality
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation Range: $100,000 – $145,000 base (excluding potential incentives). This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. In accordance with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the applicant’s skills, qualifications, and experience, as well as the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
